London 1940. Oliver Kane is a cowardly young man who avoids conscripting into the war effort. He works instead as a crime scene photographer for Scotland Yard. When he discovers that his pictures reveal ghostly markings, Kane quickly becomes obsessed. Unwelcome interest builds in his photographs and Kane is forced to confront fears of his own mortality when he meets Bartholemew Gray, and elderly war veteran. |
