There was a wicked man in a mask who named himself TenmaOh and leads the KANTO DOKURO-TO, an armed group hiding in the DOKURO-JO (skull castle). In the Kanto Plain, which was under their rule, people were congregating as if they were manipulated by magical fate. *”AO-DOKURO” literally means “Blue Skull”. It is the nickname of the Ver.
